
Natalie is a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist.
Working with adults, couples and children, Natalie explores a number of approaches, including psychodynamic, person centred and cognitive behavioural therapy, or CBT, solution focused brief therapy and transactional analysis to see what works best in supporting you toward reaching the goals you hope to achieve.
As a counsellor, Natalie offers a therapeutic and non-judgmental attitude and a safe environment where, together, she can work with you on making the life changes you desire. Natalie has worked in mental health for over 15 years and during these years has helped out in a number of settings such as drug and alcohol rehabilitation, prison services and psychiatric units. She has also undertaken work as a trauma informed therapist for RASASC, working with survivors of sexual abuse and rape.
Natalie also works in other areas of counselling and can help deal with abuse, addiction, bereavement, depression, family issues, OCD, relationship issues and much more.
